Ponami

Ponami is an RPG -with touches of action and platformer- in which you follow the life of Ponami, who at 19 decides to abandon her hometown to embark on an epic adventure. Go with Ponami as she fights her fears and discovers the truth about the terrible evil that has followed her since the day she was born.

Ponami has a very comfortable control system: you move your heroine through the levels using the virtual d-pad on the left side of the screen, while using the buttons on the right to jump, shoot arrows, and kick. Although the bow is your main weapon, you can kick objects to break them or launch them in the air.

There are six different worlds to visit in Ponami, each one with eight levels. In each level you'll face formidable monsters, hidden traps, and occasionally, a puzzle. Level up your character by defeating enemies and improving her attack, defense, and life points. You'll also find new armor and weapons to use as the game progresses.

Ponami is an excellent two-dimensional ARPG, set in a unique world with a charismatic protagonist. On top of that, it has decent graphics and surprisingly well-designed physics.
